"JB out 2/9/22. Customer states when washer is in spin cycle it makes a loud banging sound and shakes a lot. Tested washer in spin cycle empty, no clothing. Verified unit spins very smoothly. Adjusted position of drain hose to prevent vibration, was hitting the wall. Tested unit again with one blanket and one towel. Verified clothes are wet and heavy. Canceled cycle. Ran drain and spin cycle. Verified unit spins and drains water properly and now quietly. Recommend customer use HE detergents and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon maximum of either liquid or powder detergent. Verified in presence of customer unit now drains and spins properly. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete"

Upon arrival verified darkened stainless steel grill at exit of firebox mounted on back wall of dryer drum bulkhead. Advise customer this is normal and is not an indication of a mechanical problem. Inspect dryer duct in at exhaust vent hood verified Ducting inside wall is approximately 90% restricted. Only about 10% airflow is present outside of house. Advise customer to contact a professional duct cleaning service to clear the ducting inside the wall of all restrictions. No mechanical repair made or needed. No parts used. No charge to customer. Advise customer mechanical warranty will expire February 17, 2022. Job complete"

"Customer states that every once in a while there is a load that is not fully extracted. When this happens they put the unit in a drain spin and it finishes. I ran a service test, found NO faults, ran a spin ,fill and drain cycle at the same time to try and see if the motor or drain was failing. All functions check ok. Called WPTS(7732933571) who said it sounds like a random loading issue since there are no fault codes. If the washer detects an unbalanced load it may decide to abbreviate the spin or even not spin at all. WPTS said if they have questions about loading or usage they can call customer support."

I called whirlpool trade partners file Sr#7732929666. Whirlpool is not covering repair due to unit being sold with obvious pre existing damage that damaged customers home and customers receipt saying Final sale. JB Out 2/9/22. Customer states unit makes a ticking a shaking noise in spin cycle. Tested unit in drain and spin cycle with no chlorine. Verified washer shakes and thats allowed to get a sound. Ticking sound is drain hose vibrating against the wall. Adjusted front left leg To prevent cabinet from shaking. Rerouted drain hose around fill hose to prevent shaking.. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete

JB out 2/9/22 customer states doors are difficult to close and dont seal. Upon arrival verified installer left unit leaning forward neglecting to level cabinet. Doors dont close properly. Adjusted cabinet level by raising both left hand and right hand foot breaks. Verified left hand and right hand doors are now even and close smoothly and seal properly. Recommend customer remove toe panel grill every three months and vacuum condenser coils for the life of a product to maintain high energy efficiency and reduce operating cost. Advised customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect sound service call visit. No parts. No charge the customer. Job complete
