Customer states the unit is not wringing the clothes correctly and the clothes are damaged by the lack of water per cycle. Checked for faults and ran a service test. Unit showing a 0-3(overload) ran a service test. Called WPTS( 7729541156) who said to get six towels and run a cycle to see if there was sudsing issues. Customer did not have six towels and instead wanted to wash 1 velour blanket( which becomes very heavy when wet) and a hand towel. Informed customer that that load would not wash correctly because the unit will have a very hard time balancing that load which would effect extraction. Ran a small load and found no suds. There was puffy jacket a small towel and sweaters. The unit extracted correctly. WPTS told me to go over usage and loading with the customer. Calibrated unit per WPTS recommendation. Unit operating as designed the customer does not like how the unit works.
