Ran diagnostics on dishwasher and no fault codes. Check the heater and heater is getting hot. Customer said they had the unit installed in the middle of January. Advise customer that she hast to use a rinse aid. Customer was using Retin-A but it was empty. Refill customers rinse aid and advise customer that unit will take 35 to 40 washes before conditions a tub and shell get maximum drain performance after that
