"Customer reports the unit has been leaking water from behind, underneath. The homes wall behind and to the left of the unit the paint has bubbled , and is coming off because of humidity. Upon inspecting the unit, found the incoming water line connection was loose at the units inlet water valve. Pointed it out to the customer, and advised them the water line is part of the home, and not the refrigerator. Tightened water line connection, checked ops, the unit is no longer leaking. Customer requested to leave the machine out of its normal spot, so they can clean, and work on the walls. Called Trade Partners to document findings, they transferred me to AIG, spoke to AIG, they documented issues and findings.SR 7724873561"

The fan is working as designed, but it is not powerful enough to pull the steam that far. Found the door sealing just fine. This is a different issue from last visit. The original issue is the refrigerator door was staying open about an inch. I reinstalled the seal and that took care of that. This issue was the return ducts frozen so no air flow the the refrigerator section. I removed all the ice with my steamer and reinstalled all parts. The air is now circulating throughout both cavities. Job completed.
