Unit was not cooling and at room temperature. Compressor and fans were not running. Putting into diagnostics and wind diagnostics check and everything past diagnostics. Unplug refrigerator waited for a couple minutes and plugged refrigerator back in. Compressor started to run fans came on and unit started cool. Ran diagnostics test again and everything pass diagnostics check. Unit starting to cool advise customer to give unit about 48 hours to make sure it keeps temperature before we put anything back into refrigerator. Issue with refrigerator is a possible glitch in the software when unit was unplugged the first time by the customer but unit is cooling properly now.
