"Started a cycle, the unit started leaking on the left side. Cancelled cycle, pulled unit out, found the drain hose not secured to the drain outlet on the inlet assembly. Installed drain hose properly, ran a cycle, allowed unit to work for sometime, cancelled the cycle. The unit is working properly now, no leaks present."

"Replaced fresh food compartment evaporator fan with thermistors harness, fan support, and evaporator pan kit. Ran diagnostics, changed defrost setting to basic (every 8 hours). Checked units operations, the unit is working properly. Noticed the ground protection leg is missing from the power cord, advised the customer, the ground leg is very important, not only does it provide protection to the units electronics, but it also serves as communication between certain components. Customer will address the power cord issue."
