Cycle unit and found dispenser sliding out on its own after cycle. Check to dispenser housing and found dispenser not secure Causing dispenser to slide out. Remove housing and reinstalled and secured. Also customer getting white residue after wash cycle. Found service pointer and instructed customer to use Maytag or whirlpool website for proper cycles to reduce white residue retested unit unit is not working as intended. Job completed
