"Customer states the kitchen was being remodeled. The cabinets around the unit were removed. The unit was not attached to a back wall. The customer opened the door and the unit fell on her. The cabinet, door and most likely the upper unit sealed system parts are damaged. Called WPTS( 7728414535) to document. .WPTS directed me to the installation instructions document W10728799 page 3. I was then transferred to safety (7728375586). Took pictures of the unit."

Checked for faults and ran a service test. Found a 10-2(vent wax motor )8-2(inlet water valve) told to check for a disconnected vent wax motor and check it for 600-1000 ohms . Found the wax motor open. Found no rinse aid in the dispenser. WPTS says rinse aid must be used even if the customer has pods with rinse aid in them. Ordering wax motor. WPTS(7728416342); ordrng 1 W11416460 (VENTASS B.)
