Remove door unsecured hinge to cabinet. As soon as the door wait got put back on hinge it pulled away from cabinet again. The receiver inside the cabinet for the screws is stripped. Per Joel at tech-support there is no way to repair this issue.

"F8e1 long fill/ no fill. Cleared fill valve filters. Ran diagnostics, calibrated unit. Washer ops now check fine.Customer has a makeshift drain hose/tube that leads from the back yard, all the way to the front yard. Instructed customer to connect unit to a proper drain pipe, unit’s drain pump, is not designed to push the water out that far. Also unit is sitting on a wooden platform, the front legs are hanging in the front in the air. Machine rocks given the four legs are not making contact with a solid ground."
