I checked operation of the unit the compressor was not running and I heard a loud clicking noise which is a relay overload check the relay relay is bad replaced the relay with new one tested operations unit started working as designed now operating normal; used 1 WPW10189190 (START RELAY) from stock

Found unit powered by extension cord took quick pic Advised cx she needs to have unit run on a dedicated circuit but cx states they have always done it this way.Turned unit on and found child lock on.Showed cx issue. Turned lock off and unit operates as designed. No faults stored in controlRan auto service test with cx present and lid lock ops as designed. Fills, tumbled, drains and spins as designed. Instructed cx that lock is on and cx states no one turned the lock on and it’s always been this way that’s why she calle for service. unit operates with no functional failures at this time. Power cord to unit will damage unit long term and advised this to cx. Job complete"

Found drain pump making abnormal loud noise. Removed and replaced drain pump clear codes/tested inlet valve they are working ok. Asked cx to run a few loads and report any issues.
