I deleted the code and I ran a quick diagnostic test. In the end of the test the F3E1 code reappear again. I checked the Pressure Switch Wire Harness the Pressure Switch Hose and replaced the Pressure Switch (WPW10448876). I deleted again the code and I ran multiples quick diagnostic test. Tested ok.

"Upon arrival, while discussing issues with customer, display on unit lights and gives a power on tone. Customer states that unit is not cooling to correct temperatures, with excessive noise from the Compressor./Unit will run, can hear unit power down, no interior light, will come back on by itself, customer states that certain times the Display will flash PO. Entered diagnostics, unit maintains power. Certain components can not be activated or read in diagnostics. Visual inspection of FC shows frost build up, in a unique pattern to cooling system, photo attached. Calling Techline./Main Control Software = 03.00.00Pantry UI Software = 03.00.00/Techline - ChrisInformed Techline of irregular frost build up on FC ceiling, attempted video call, could not connect. Attempted to send photo to Techline during video call, no send. Will attempt to email Techline photo. Techline had tech remove connector from P14 at main Control Board and enter diagnostic tests
