Customer states that end of cycle clothing is wet and heavy, not well run out. Tested washer with customer loaded washtub. Verified load was very small and went off balance. Also customer is using HE turbo detergent. Recommend customer load wash tub 80 to 90% full every time for better spin performance. Advise customer against using HE turbo detergent as it is to highly concentrated for this high-efficiency low fill washing machine. Recommend the use of HE only detergent and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon. Tested again in Spincycle with very large washload in presence of customer. Verified with properly loaded washtub, unit spins and extracts water efficiently. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete"

Tested drain cycle repeatedly verified proper drain function. Removed drain pump verified no restriction. Reinstall drain pump and re-tested operation. Inspected airgap device and found no restriction. Tested dishwasher unit does fill appropriately. Wash motor runs. Unit drains appropriately and heat coil heats. Advise customer water temperature being supplied the dishwasher needs to be no less than 120°F at the moment Of start up. Suggest installation and use of a point of use hot water heater mounted under the kitchen sink supplying no less than 120°F to just the dishwasher. No parts used. No charge to customer.
