Customer says there's an odor inside unit. Ran test cycle. Unit working properly. Informed customer to lessen amount of soap to no more then 3 tablespoons. Informed customer to run a clean cycle with afresh. Also Informed custoner that liquid detergent and fabric softener have oils and fatty materials that cause them to stick and cake the inside of the unit cause unit to trap odors. Customer will tey suggestions and call back if problem continue.

"Ran diagnostics, no error codes stored. When the inlet valves were activated, the water pressure was too high, the stream of water coming into the unit would shoot high towards the front. Water would splash up, eventually leaking onto the inner part of the front pane, water would drip down onto the floor right in the front of the machine. Partially closed the homes water faucets to allow less water coming into the unit, to prevent it from splashing out. All operations check fine, the unit is working as designed."
