Customer states machine has been serviced by Best Buy under the manufactures warranty the machine does not operate. Upon arrival customer advised Best Buy service team has replaced of the door latch and the main control board and harness between. Verified unit will not start but wheel power up. Installed General Electric diagnostic device verified computer sees door as open where the door is open or close. Found newly installed replacement door latch not aligned properly. Adjusted door latch alignment. Also aligned front left hand in front right hand leveling legs. Door now close is smoothly and engages properly. Tested operation with customer. Unit now operating as designed. advise customer hot water being supplied to dishwasher is far below that of the required 120°F minimum. Recommend customer purchase and install a point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink supplying hot water Soli to the dishwasher as this dishwasher requires a minimum of 120°F in order to operate and perform properly.

"Customer states the braided stainless steel water supply line was replaced with PEX tubing and that the air bubbles in the water causing to be cloudy in appearance cleared up for about three weeks and then returned. Tested water from dispenser and verified presence of air bubbles. The cloudy appearance dissipated after about 35 seconds. Tested water from kitchen sink faucet. Water was also cloudy from Tiny air bubbles but not as cloudy and the cloudy appearance cleared after about 15 seconds. Also tested water from the bathroom sink faucet with results equal to the kitchen sink. Contacted Whirlpool Factory Techline for resolution. Tested water dispenser with and without water filter installed. Per Factor Techline, no defect of the refrigerator is found. SR# 7732765173 and no corrective measures recommended.
