Unit not igniting burner in oven for bake. I removed lower oven pan and found that the screw holding burner in place was loose which was causing a loss of ground and not allowing burner to light. I tightened loose burner. Tested unit 3x. All tests good.

Instructed cx to turn unit off for two hours to thawed out reservoir. Advised cx to purged air out of the line when replacing filter. Unit now working as designed.
