Ran diagnostics and verified no stored error codes. Ran calibration cycle and unit passed all components operating as designed. Verified customers using correct concentrated HE detergent but using too much. Recommend very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon of detergent. Tested Fill, wash drain and spin. Found not all water draining. Adjusted drain hose in dream about 2 inches higher to prevent a siphon. Tested again verified proper spin function. No charge the customer. No parts . Job complete"

Door handle is loose. Customer tightened with tool and handle is still loose. I found that the mounting bolt had backed out of door skin. I removed handle and tightened bolt. All tests good.
