Customer to defrost prior to appt. while customer was waiting for part, the evaporator fan motor got covered in ice and started to short out that caused whole unit to turn off. Ice build up defrosted and ended up on floor under unit. The flooring lifted between two planks. I removed and replaced evaporator fan motor. Tested fan. All tests good."
