"Filter indicator light was on, informed customer that the filter light is on a time delay and will come on every 6 months to remind customer to change the filter. Reset light and showed customer how to reset. Dispenser is not leaking water, customer states water leaks from the funnel after ice is dispensed. Advised customer that some ice particles fall off the ice and get stuck to the funnel or ice itself gets stuck in the funnel then melts. No correction can be made for this cause. Customer stated issue is minor and unit does not leak water itself to cause concern. Unit is functioning as designed."

"JB out 8/17/23. Customer states dishwasher shut off approximately 15 minutes in the cycle. Upon arrival found dishwasher installed normally. Tested dishwasher in normal cycle and verified correct operation. Observed unit fill with water then activate wash motor. Allowed unit to run for 20 minutes uninterrupted. Unable to verify complaint. Dishwasher is operating as designed. Advise customer water temperature being supplied to dishwasher is far below that of the required 120°F minimum and recommend customer purchase , installs and uses a point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink in order to ensure the dishwasher receives the required 120°F minimum water temperature needed to wash dishes proper. Advised customer of one time courtesy no charge with a no defect. Found a service call visit. No charge to customer. Job complete."

(David WPTS 7737116922) I was passed off to a senior tech and was directed to take pictures of how the RC was loaded. I was told the the way the unit was loaded was the reason for the freezing in the center shelf. Specifically the top shelf with tall items and items pushed toward the back can cause air flow issues that can cause freezing in the fridge. Replaced the control and the RC thermistor with soldered connections.

JB out 8/17/23. Customer states oven does not heat past 120f. Set oven for Bake 350f. Verifying proper ignition of Bake burner. Inspected oven cavity and found aluminum foil covering the entire oven bottom preventing heat from rising properly. Removed foil from oven bottom. Observed oven temperature increase to 350 f. And oven burner shut off. Opened oven door to allow heat to escape oven cavity and within about 40 seconds the ignitor came on and relit the bake burner. No parts needed Advised customer do NOT place aluminum foil or ANY. Object in the oven bottom and do dot allow oven bottom vents to become blocked. Advised customer of One Time Courtesy No Charge on a No Defect Found service call visit.NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER JOB COMPLETE
