"User interface is not responsive and lights for buttons not pushed are flashing. I did manual door lock so customer can get clothes out. When I unlocked the door, the user interface started working. But after a couple loads it does it again. Ordering door lock, main control, and user interface. There is a communication or software issue. Removed and replaced main control, console and door lock. Tested unit. All tests good."

Airflow restrictions and what causes them is not explained in any operators guide. Consumer to deice freezer by leaving off for 48 hours. They will resume usage after that

"Customer is concerned of washer having excessive vibrations and leaving the clothes soaking wet at the end of the cycle. I set the unit in diagnostic and there was no failure codes. Also I ran a manual and automatic diagnostic test and it pass both of them. Customer replaced the original drain hose for a generic to be able to drain the washer more far, in the process of checking and testing the washer this hose snapped. I removed the generic hose and I reinstalled the factory one and I advised the customer to don’t exchange the hoses again; schdld next appmnt for 2/28 FRI !"
