Corrected listed model and serial number upon arrival. Customer states dishwasher does not clean well. Inspected upper and lower spray arms. Removed both and cleaned blockages from spray Jets. Tested operation again after reinstalling bowl spray Jets. Spray Jets now turn the spray arms and circulate wash water. Verify water being supplied the dishwasher is far below that of the required minimum of 120°F. 120°F must be supplied of the dishwasher at the moment the start button is pressed or the dishwasher will not clean well. Suggest customer purchase and install a point of use hot water heater to be located underneath the kitchen sink, set to a run temperature of 125°F and attached only to the dishwasher. This will ensure the dishwasher receives no less than the required minimum of 120 Fahrenheit and will wash and dry very nicely. Job complete"

Customer states unit makes wild vain noises during spin cycle. Ran diagnostics and extracted only one store there a code for off-balance load. Cleared stored error code. Tested operation and advise customer of normal load capacity for this high-efficiency, low fill washing machine. Instructed customer have a properly load washed up to prevent off balance washloads. Found custom using HE turbo detergent pods. Recommend against HE turbo as it is too highly concentrated for this H-E-Washington. Recommend HE only detergent and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon. Job complete"
