Found no error codes displayed. Preformed a diagnostic cycle and all functions tested properly. One of the cycles regular quick had the spin set to off. I put it back to fast spin and saved it. I preformed a dlms calibration just in case. Ran a sanitized cycle and found suds. Suds can also prevent the basket from turning properly. Gave customer tips on how to get rid of suds. Installed new clock. Unit would still not heat. Took voltage check. Found unit is not getting enough voltage. Only getting 120v. Advised cx to send out electrician to correct power issue. All functions with machine checking ok.

"JB out b3/10/22 Customer states washing machine shops office is not complete wash cycle. Upon arrival found clothes and water and washing machine. Cancel cycle and unit did successfully drain. Attempted to run drain and spin cycle. ran diagnostics and verified optics failure. Install replacement shift actuator part number W one 091-3953 from truckstock. Successfully ran calibration cycle. Washing machine operates as designed. Advise customer to use easy detergent only and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon maximum. No charge to customer. "Sr#7733151728 unit not dispensing water. When filter is removed it will dispense slowly. I called tech line, water pressure at house is 50psi the pressure at unit is 45psi with no filter and 40psi with filter. Pressure is high enough not to cause a valve failure on unit but takes forever to fill a glass with water. Unit is working as designed. Customer can reach out to plumber to see if pressure can be raised."
