"Customer is hearing a loud noise while in use. Upon inspecting unit, noticed damage to the left rear side panel, and rear cover. Unit got damaged during transport. Side panel is dented, rear cover is bulking out creating an opening where interior can be seen. Frame has been compromised not allowing for rear bulkhead to line up properly. Major repair would be needed. Customer is going to contact dealer store to exchange the unit given damage is not just cosmetic."
