"JB Out 12/15/21. Customer states load and go dispenser drawer does not dispense detergent. Upon arrival verified some liquid detergent in the Load and Go Dispenser, however very low. Also found load and go dispenser disabled. Add detergent to load and go dispenser and verified addition of detergent was recognized by dispenser computer and display unit. Instructed customer how to enable and disable load and go dispenser functions. Tested operation with customer. Unit operating as designed. No parts needed. No charge to customer.
