Advise customer this chest freezer is not an automatic defrost model and when ice builds up on the interior wall to 1/4 inch thick it is time to remove all the food unplug the unit and allow it to manually defrost. This is a procedure that will have to be followed for the life of the product as this is not an automatic defrost freezer. Job complete

"Took the reservoir off and verified that it wasnt frozen, checked my water line going to the door it was not frozen, when I connected the reservoir back and turned the water on I noticed no incoming water. Disconnected incoming water fridge refrigerator and found that the hammer valve failed. No water is passing through the shutoff valve. Refrigerator is functioning as designed."
