JB Out 12/28/21. Upon arrival too quick pic of proof of purchase 1/1/2021. Customer states unit makes a vibration noise which can be quite loud. Found unit not properly leveled upon installation and delivery. French door is not closing properly fitting loosely and causing vibration. Adjusted front left and front right leveling leg raise a unit to give a slight inclination backwards. French doors are not even and all doors close smoothly and easily. Unable to verify any vibration or unusual sound at this point. Recommend customer empty out icemaker bucket every 3 to 5 days to keep ice fresh. Also recommend customer remove the toe panel grill every three months for the life for the product and vacuum the condenser coils clean. This will ensure long life and high energy efficiency.No parts needed. No charge to customer. Job complete

I was at this customers house 7/26 and 8/12 both times I called techline there was no issue with unit I am going to list all invoices customers had she keeps calling us but theres nothing wrong with it if something was wrong with it Im sure universal appliance wouldve found it because there is no way weve been dispatched this call this many times and they never sent them 7/26 complaint ice being dispensed at random. I found this to not be true 8/12 complaints door wont close because ice isnt dispensing properly. Every once in a while I find a fridge making this noise. It was the tag on the cord blowing in the air currents generated by the condenser fan. That sounds ridiculous until you see it happen. (When you move the fridge out to look behind the unit the sound stops but returns once you replace the unit and cant see what is going on behind it.)

. Found shift actuator arm not inside cam/splutch assembly. Installed replacement shift actuator part W10913953. Reassembled and ran calibration cycle. Tested unit with clothes in presence of customer in NORMAL cycle and also DRAIN /SPIN cycle. Unit now operates as designed. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

. Customer states dryer takes a very long time typically more than 90 minutes to dry small loads of clothing. Upon arrival ran dryer and removed lint screen found lint buildup on backside of one screen. Further inspection found exhaust vent hood and exterior of house is crushed and is 100% restricted. Instantly straightened out the vent hood allowing flap door to open and exhaust heat and steam to properly exhaust of the exterior of the building. Tested operation driver again unit is now exhausting and operating as designed.Job complete
