"Customer is concerned about condensation in the fresh food compartment around the air supply vent. I checked the unit and I saw few droplets of water in the fresh food compartment air supply vent, also I removed the evaporator cover and I found a normal frost pattern as well draining properly and all gaps in between the cabinet and the liner has been sealed since the first visit on 09/12/19. I don’t see nothing wrong with this refrigerator besides the high levels of moisture in the air due to the unit been located in a costal area, not mention the refrigerator is pack with food (See pictures) what make also a contribution of moisture inside the unit. I contacted the Tech Line (SR#7727958199) and he attributes the problem to environmental conditions. Also I contacted the Trade Partners (SR#7727958803) and they following the Tech Line recommendation."
