Bolt retaining rotor has backed off causing stator to move excessively this cause control to read off balance and stop spin cycles. Tighten bolt and added lock tight to bolt to keep it from backing off again . Calibrated and tested good

Checked unit found cx referring to insulation coming out of corner on both doors. It is coming from the seam is between liner and plastic cover on bottom of refrigerator doors. Informed cx I could try to remove as much as I can with a blade. Cx did not want to do this. She requested doors replacement. I contacted tech line they did not advised to replaced doors. Informed cx I work within certain guidelines and referred her back to cx service. Also educated cx on air flow as she complaint of food freezing in ffc when she placed items all the way to the back of the unit informed her the back is used as air channels and is not recommended to place items all the way in the back. Unit checks ok at this moment. She will call kitchen aid.Sr#7727321021 JK

"Checked unit found error codes f9 e1 and f8 e3. Drained unit, tested drain pump found no issues. Found installation issue on drain hose. Installer use flexible rubber hose that kinks obstructing flow of water out the drain. Informed cx and he will get issue corrected by installer. Also needs to address exhaust issue on his dryer. Unit now checks ok."
