I ran through the HMI test and found no issues with the buttons on the console. This leads me to believe that the issue stems from the control board. Customer experiencing her cakes coming out raw. Will cook a cake for double the amount of time and it's still raw. Tested temps and found temps getting to 350. Calibrated unit up 7 degrees and tested. And found temos followed. Informed custiner to give 25 minute preheat time and then tey cooking something. Customer approves. Will call back if problem continues.
