"On arrival I ran diagnostics test, found error code f9e1 drain pump, on closer inspection found the drain hose hooked up to a smaller diameter hose, not able to drain correctly or in time, obstruction of drain, making unit timing itself off, I advised customer to buy extra drain hose for proper draining, unit is operating properly as designed at this time of service"
