Found the ice maker leaking. Ice underneath the ice maker itself and traveling to the ice door and container. I found the ice maker not sitting right so it is not leveled. Also the seal where the ice maker wire come through were not sealing from the factory. I replaced the ice maker and made sure it was sitting properly and it was. Ran step 57 and 45 to verify operation. This is the customers fourth fridge in the last year and all of them have been having this issue. Told customer to keep an eye on it to see if it leak because it doesnt happen all the time. Job completed.

I cleared the fault codes, ran quick diagnostics test, dishwasher completed test with no fault codes occurring. Ran a normal cycle for 10 minutes with no issues and no leaks being present. Advised customer to run unit again and advise if any problems continue. Dishwasher is functioning as designed"

"Customer was concerned she saw some water leaking from the ice dispenser area. Checked the ice chute area, and the ice bin compartment. Both areas checked fine, unable to reproduce the leak. Advised the customer, whenever crushed ice is dispensed, sometimes pieces will linger in the ice chute area, and melt afterwards. The ice chute did not have any ice stuck in it, but the customer confirms she likes the crushed ice feature. The unit checks fine, it is working as designed."
