I checked the unit and the reason why the door is not going all way down is because both hinges hooks are bitting on the insulating blanket, and the door is not closing properly is because is out of alignment. I adjusted the cabinet and the insulation blanket. Tested ok."

Client did replace filter two weeks ago and had issues even before with low water pressure water comes from washer water line goes under home then back up to fridge but washer is in the kitchen so like 12 feet.
