Found unit with icemaker switch turned off. Bin had made contact with switch and knocked it into off position. Turned ice maker on and ran manual reset via reset switch. Unit cycled and filled with water as intended.

Found the unit not spinning or washing. Found the Shield and belt popped off. I reinstalled the belt and ran spin and quick wash cycle. All functions tested properly after repair. Job completed.

Found the main display control receiving 124 volts but no display lite. Too much to repair. Customer is going to purchase another unit.

Fastened down all gas line connections. All functions are checking out normal. Customer is determined to get a new unit. Called into WPL to document. Spoke with Bruce. Customer complaint unit Is making a rattling metal to metal sound. Unit was satisfied when I arrived so we turned it up to for snowflakes And the compressor came on. No abnormal noises. I asked if they had the use and care manual and that I was mainly here to see why the unit was not working for them and if there was a problem with the function with the unit. I explained I did not have the time to explain usage to customers and speculate why something happened 8 months ago. She was upset that I just didnt start showing her mom how to use the unit they have had for almost a year, claimed I had decided to not be helpful and she would relay that to Costco. Called WPTS(7732737614) to document the call. They had no further troubleshooting recomendations"

"Customer states items are freezing in the RC and ice cream is not hard in the FC. The unit is in the garage where ambient temperatures are about 45f. The RC is set at its coldest position. The FC temp is 13f and the RC is 30f. This unit does not have a thermostat for the FC , it is so cold in the garage the RC barely has to cool causing the FC to be able to warm up. Called WPTS(7732732161) and explained what was happening. Explained to customer why this fridge is behaving like this.
