"Tested operations , unit spins out just fine , calibrated the unit , checked the fault codes found F0E2 suds code f9 E 1 code long drain , unit drains out just fine more than likely from too much soap suds the unit is taking a lot longer to wash and lotta times it’s not spinning out advise customer to use a clean washer cycle monthly with the fresh tablets customer has never done that before so there’s probably a build up from two years of not doing the clean washer cycle advise them to use way less soap go to pods if at all possible one pod one wash customer instructed this time
