WASHER WHIRLPOOL WED8500DC Could not find any issues. Cx says it wouldn’t spin last week but since then it has been working but there was a loud noise they would hear when rotating. Ran test with and without load inside and heard no noise and cx confirmed there was no noise at the time. Advising them to monitor unit. Idler may have been stuck or clogged up with lint but worked its self out.
