All signs show that the water valve did not close. There was clean water in the sump of the dishwasher. I found no external leaks while running the unit. The floor under the dishwasher is sunken and when the water leaked out it saturated the sub floor. Replaced water valve and left the part with the customer. Ran the unit again to check for leaks and found none. Tested the float switch and it tested ok

Unit would not enter diagnostics. Checked power and found the outlet the unit is connected to was loose. Plugged unit into the lower outlet. Checked for faults and ran a service test. Found a 5-2(lid lock failure) fault. The unit passes the service test. Checked lock and found it working correctly. I feel the loose outlet was the cause of the issue. Instructed customer to change the outlet if they are still having similar issues now that the unit is connected to the lower socket of the outlet.
