"No oil leaks found. Customer had brownish spotting happening on her whites. Washer was very dirty upon arrival. Signs of long term oversudsing. Fabric softer dispenser had a ton of residue inside. Called tech support and was informed that this combined with bleach can cause the spotting and burning of fabrics. Customer was advised to thoroughly clean the washer before doing more laundry. Customer instruct on clean washer cycle with afresh. Also, explained how they can break up that residue with trisodium phosphate on a hot wash.

"F3e1. F5e2. Unlocked door manually. Cleared error codes, blowed air into the pressure switch hose to clear any possible blockage at the air trap. Ran diagnostics, all units ops checked fine. The unit is working as designed. Advised customer to buy AFFRESH, and to run the clean washer cycle at least once a month. The drain hose is sealed onto the drain pipe with a rubber coupler. Advised the customer to remove that coupler to prevent any further issues, the drain hose must be able to vent by having some space open at the top of the drain pipe."
