This is a Whirlpool Electric Wall Oven (Not Combo).Upon arriving customer indicated unit in need of service is wall mounted compact microwave Model number WMC50522HZ2, Serial number XVX4001378. Upon discovery that Whirlpool created dispatch for the incorrect product advised customer that this compact microwave oven mounted in wall by home builder carried a one year factory warranty against defect in materials and labor . Listed DOP 3-29-2021 shows unit is out of the manufacturers warranty period.Additionally with exception of the turntable glass dish, there are No serviced replaceable parts made available from the manufacturer. Unit is Unrepairable. Advised customer due to to nature of microwave failure, do NOT USE this product. It MUST BE REPLACE.NOTE PLEASE SEE ATTACHED QUICK PIC PHOTOS including customer removed waveguide showing evidence of a Thermal Event crusted by Magnetron failure. Upon arrival found dishwasher uninstalled located in garage. Completely dry. Unable to run any tests on dishwasher as it is uninstalled. Visually existing water line connection to dishwasher water inlet valve. Please see quick pic photograph showing 90° elbow with three-quarter inch thread connected to water inlet valve by installation company is not centered and shows hard water deposit signs indicating water has leaked from this collection. Did not touch this connection. Advise customer unable to test dishwasher. However, physical evidence indicates the installation was not proper and costly. "JB out 8/28/23. Customer states unit does not wash all detergent out of the detergent cup. Upon arrival verify detergent club does open and there is some detergent resident within. Tested dishwasher in presence of customer. Verified water entering. Dishwasher is far below that of the required 120°F. Water is actually entering dishwasher cold to the touch. Found installer supplied by selling dealer has not install dishwasher correctly. Dishwasher control panel is catching on the wooden cabinet on the left-hand side. It has caused cosmetic damage. Also tow panel cover is missing was never installed and this pose is a serious life hazard issue. Installer must be contacted to return and correct all installation issues. Remind customer installation issues are not covered under the manufactures warranty as the manufacture of all the dishwasher. The installer is responsible for installation deficiencies. Verified unit operates as designed but cannot wash clean dishes with cold water. Recommend customer purchase install and use a point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink supplying hot water only to the dishwasher to supply no less than the required 120°F water temperature of the dishwasher requires per the manufactures installation guide, no repair made.
