Found after replacing the motor pulley idler pulley and belt the drum is now able to rotate. The unit is also heating properly. All functions restored after repair. Job completed. I took a photo of the parts replaced. Belt was also replaced but forgot to take a picture.

Installed compressor. Charged system with 150PSI and found leak at the suction line T. Repaired leak and charged with 175 PSI of nitrogen and found no leaks. Vacuumed system and recharged with 65G of R600 and tested. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.

Found freezer door not closing correctly this caused excessive moisture to get in to freezer compartment causing ice build up and freezer to not cool correctly. Found bottom of freezer covered in ice I believe this was frost that melted checked evap drain it was clear. Freezer door not closing do to an upper bin being inserted incorrectly. Cleared all ice and set bin in correctly freezer door now closes all the way

In warranty. Cx reports unit is making ice slowly and ice caught in the dispenser. Temperature and other test tested ok. Installed parts needed and unit is testing fine

Customer complaint was unit would make noise while spinning. Diagnose unit and found loose on rotor. Tightened rotor tested unit unit now makes no noise and is working properly.

I replaced the broken grates and now pots and pans sit flat on the new grate. All tested ok. Customer had a chance to use both oven since last visit and they are working. Job completed.

Found the units touched is shorted and has two stuck buttons. The water temp and extra rinse button are not functioning. Needs a new console for that. Found the unit had been working on recently by a different company. The tub ring was not installed properly and as a result water was leaking as it filled. There is a hose that goes from the bleach dispenser to the tub and the hose was not connected. There is a wash and clip that goes on the drive block under the agitator and they are missing. The transmission and clutch were replaced recently but the transmission is leaking this green oil that Im not used to seeing on this machine. The pump is leaking slightly as well.
