Instructions to HE turbo is six times the concentration of regular HE detergent and does not wash out of clothing easily in high-efficiency, lol Phil washing machines. recommend use of HE only detergents, no turbo. JB Out 2/10/22 customer states unit does not get hot and takes hours and hours to drive. Upon arrival found unit in a room not connected to a gas supply or exhaust ducting. Advise customer unit has not been installed and must be connected to a gas supply to provide heat and an exhaust ducting to remove heat and washer from the house. Advise customer one time courtesy no charge on a no defect found service call visit. Customer will connect unit. No charge to customer. Job complete
