"JB out 3/30/22. Customer states washing machine sometimes leaves clothes wet (not well spun dry) at end of cycle. Found customer using he TURBO and not measuring amount added. Advised customer against use of he Turbo-as it is too highly concerned for this Low fill- High Efficiency washing machine. Tested washer and verified correct fill, was, drain and spin. Instruct customer using too much detergent or too highly concentrated detergent crests a high volume of suds. The drain pump cannot pump suds and will sometime leave som water in the clothes at the end of the cycle. Recommend he detergent only and very small amounts. Typically 1 teaspoon maximum. Also tested in Drain/SPIN CYCLE. Verified unit drains and spins properly. No parts used. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"

CX says the oven is off temps. No error codes. The oven panel was raised on right side. Installed lower liner. Turned in oven to temp observed. Talking to CX the issue happen once a month ago. Upon arrival check the boil element for continuity and they pass the tests. Notice the one of the wires are loose on the momen of pulling out the element. Readjust the wire to put back the element. Check the sensors and found a miss calibration on the oven causing the failure. Readjust to the normal 0 and 0F for both. Retest the unit and unit passes all test at this time. Job complete

Found the door catch worn and door hinges slightly bent so the door whats to pop open after being closed. I bent the hinges back to the original position and replaced the worn catch. The door now closes and stays closed after repair. Job completed.
