Unit has been ending cycles early because of the OOB issue and not spinning clothes out completely. I found that the basket was loosely fastened to the transmission causing excessive movement during the spin. I tightened the basket nut and retested. Unit is spinning better now. I also share some tips with cx for getting the best performance. Unit is working as designed.

"JB out 4/6/24.Customer states washing machine will not agitate or spin. Upon arrival tested washer and normal cycle verified unit does not sense or agitate. Further inspection of lower portion of unit found failed capacitor. Installed replacement capacitor part number W11395618 from truck stock. Reassembled unit and tested operation in both normal wash cycle. Verified proper fill and agitation operation. Cancel cycle ran drain and spin cycle. Verified proper drain and spin functions. Unit is now operating as designed. No charge to customer. Job complete.NOTE: there is no hot water supply hose attached to the washing machine. The computer, even if hot water is not selected will look for hot water and will not operate properly. It is the homeowners responsibility to correct this install installation deficiency, and must install the hot water supply hose and turn the hot water faucet on even if they do not select hot water wash.NOTE: install proper drain hose tiedown to prevent drain hose from jumping out of standing drain pipe behind washing machine."

"Visual and physical inspection plus a general check on components in compressor and evaporator compartments was conducted and found some burnt spots on liners thermal insulation as well as on evaporator cover and insulation panel.In compressors compartment found a mildly running compressor with yellow tinted water under the condenser coils. So sealed system repair and all damaged parts, evaporator harness and cold control box recommended. I have informed consumer of my findings and her son who is the person helping to empty the freezers contents, and her reaction was about contacting Maytag for a different approach to a solution. Cx states last tech here left the units unaligned and lots of screamed out of the unit and trim panels. Took pixOn removing trim found nearly all black screws that were remaining were stripped and ran in at incorrect angles with impact causing screws to strip in place.Need (4) Bumpers W10578780Need 2 screw kits W10519818Removed upper oven with oven dolly. Aligned lower unit with center trim panel. Cut boards to secure lower unit in place. Cut boards to attempt a support brace for upper oven as there is no hardware which holds it in place and there is plenty of room enough for unit to tip forward and fall out of enclosure. Need to return with more materials and bumpers/screws to make trim whole again.Will need a second man to assist with trim panels assembly.
