Took quick pic of improper drain hose. F8E1-long fill no fillCleared faults and ran auto service test. Unit fills, agitates, drains and spins as designed.Tipped unit back and removed motor cover and found pulley has been rubbing into plastic guard due to overloading. Removed splutch and all are as designed.Tested tub suspension and is still firm with no bounce.Instructed cx on not over loading unit and to fix drainShowed cx issues with drain hose and showed customer how to hook up a new temporary drain stand pipe to allow use of u it due to homes drain plumbing issues. Tested door switch it is working correctly. Informed customer that it is hard to see if the door is closed all the was. If the door is open , even a millimeter, room temperature moist air will be pulled inside the unit causing frost . The door alarm will not sound because the door switch is engaged and the control sees the door as closed . Because the door switch is on the top middle of the FC it will get frost inside of it and cause it to fail. Ensuring door closure is the responsibility of the user. If frost is present in the freezer it is because the door was not sealed correctly. I have silicone the cabinet/liner seam to eliminate this from suspicion."
