Found the top rack adjusters broken and that was the only issue I was able to find with the unit. I gave the customer best tips and practices on how to get the best results on using the unit. The adjusters are 55.81 with a sales tax of 4.88. Labor is a j13 163.68 and trip and diagnostic fee is 145.00. So the total is 369.37. I replaced the adjusters and verified operation. I do recommend the customer lets the hot water run at the sink on hot water and allow the water to get really hot before starting the unit. Found the unit has a f7e1 no heat. That was the reason for the poor wash ability. I found the heater came disconnected and as a result not able to heat the water. I reconnected the heater and ran diagnostics. The heater is now functioning. Also I recommend using the normal cycle with the long heated dry operation for best results. Found the dispenser for the detergent not opening at all. I ran diagnostics and when it was time to open it didnt. I removed the front panel of the door and found the solenoid not inserted the cam so it was not able to open the door. I reinstalled the cam to the solenoid and secured it. I ran two test and now the dispenser door opens whenever asked. All other functions tested ok. Job completed.

"Cx states unit not cooling, both sections. Compressor tries to start every few minutes but just makes a grinding sound and doesnt start. Checked capacitor. Capacitor reading 11.62nf. This is within the 12nf +-10% range. Replaced start device. Issue persists. Compressor is locked up. While gaining access to machine compartment, I noticed a 1 hole at rear of cabinet with a matching hole on the wall directly behind unit. Pics provided. Hole in wall was drilled to run water line through fridge. It appears that when the hole in wall was drill, the cabinet of unit was drilled as well. Hole has drilled through foam insulation and condensation can be felt in hole if I stick my finger in it. This probably didnt cause compressor failure, but will probably cause cooling issues down the line due to air leak. Called WPL techline to document. SR# 7741991527; ordrng 1 W11727250 (Compressor)"
