"Customer states the unit either does not wash or it does not drain or it does not rinse. Checked for faults 0-5 (unbalanced load) , 8-1(long fill/no fill) I can not duplicate the noise issue most likely the unit had to drain for 5 minutes which is normal when you decide to disregard the install instructions. Called WPTS 7739191251 to document the customers issue and how they chose to install it. I explained the unit is siphoning. The customer said it did not work where it was so he moved it to the front porch and connected it to a garden hose, a Y splitter and a 10 length of 1 PVC tubing( see pic) . Customer started a cycle the unit started filling and then drained . Found the pressure tube has been chewed by rodents. So much for the service test.; ordrng 1 WP353244 (Pressure tube)"
