Fault is displayed when Control detects a load size that exceeds the washers capacityRan small washload verified wash wet and drippy and end of cycle although water was drained appropriately. Verified customer is using correct HE detergent but too much. Recommend from today forward customer uses very, very small amounts of HE detergent, typically 1 teaspoon maximum as it is to highly concentrated for this low Fill high-efficiency washing machine. checked control settings and found spin turn to off position. Reenable spin at high speed setting. Tested drain and spin option and verified unit now spins and drains appropriately leaving clothes spun dry and ready for the dryer. No parts needed. No charge to customer. Job complete"

Found some insolation above the evap fan. I removed the fan assembly and cleaned out duct of excess insulation. The noise is no longer there. Also insulation could have been causing cooling issues as well. Job completed

I corrected the install to allow the door to close properly. The dishwasher was leaking out of the heater. I found the heater not loose.I tighten the heater nut. Unit tested ok
