"Robert same SR. Number. Replaced boards. Unit heater still not activating and not sure if unit is working as designed. Contacted tech line, documented same SR as last time. Heater ohms out fine, thermistor ohms out fine. Used ice water to drop temp on Rc defrost thermistor. Defrost heater turning on pulling 1.11 amps. Unit should work as designed. If Cx call back it should be through whirlpool dispatch. Have WP read service notes and advise next steps if anything per tech line."
