Unable to test lower oven as touch screen not responding to touch command input. Reset circuit presser. Successful reset time of day and date. Tested lower oven. Unit now accepts touch screen input and heated to 350f. Tested microwave oven operation again. Verified proper microwave operation by heating water to boiling while lower oven is in use (Bake 350 f). Inspected circuit breaker panel box and verified older breakers with some exposure (inner cover plate bowed outward) allowing potential exposure to moisture. Suggest customer reset circuit breaker if touch screen does not accept commands. Also recommend customer connect oven to the Wi-Fi network so it can receive Whirlpool software updates. Software has never been updated on this unit. Assisted customer in connecting this appliance with the house WiFi. No parts used. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"
