"Reset main control board, ran diagnostics. Unit’s ops checked fine. Customer complaints unit is makes a squeaking noise at times. Ran a timed dry cycle with clothes, unit cycled on and off properly, unable to reproduce noise complaint. Noticed gas connector, and venting hose are rubbing against each other, vent hose rubs against rear cover. Unable to move connections given installation positioning. Advised customer to check on those parts being the source of the noise if it happens again. Unit is working as designed."
