"Steve at tech line SR#7727732247 Checked the upper oven liner base where the hidden bake element is located you could see porcelain cracks or blemishes in the base of the liner I felt the bottom of the liner with my bare hand nothing comes up like chips or paint still has integrity I can see the blemishes trail in the same shape as the element underneath,took pictures of the bottom of the liner and called tech line to have it documented and reported Steve agreed this would not affect the performance of the unit and is a cosmetic issue only and not covered past 30 day of purchase"
