"Steve....7727707133 . Upon arrival the customers complaint was that the agitator was not moving fast enough during the wash cycle. I asked customer how he was able to determine this because the agitator will not move with the lid open. The cx told me he can tell because of the sound it is making, that the agitator sounds like it is moving too slowly. Unit had a over suds fault code. I remove strike from lid and let unit fill in normal mode and agitate with the lid open so I could see it. Agitator was moving out proper speed and velocity. Calibrated unit and then check for codes. There were no new codes at the end of calibration cycle. Call Steve at tech line to make sure that I have done everything I can. Per Steve at tech line the unit functions normally and it is impossible to tell how fast The agitator is moving based on the sound the machine is making"

Checked for faults and ran a service test. 7-1(basket speed vault)7-7(unable to reach target RPM 8-1(long fill). In the service test the cold valve was noisy and the basket did not go into spin. Tried to spin the basket and found it resisted movement. Manually spun the basket and it began to move. Ran another service test and found the basket spins but the gearcase is noisy and was locked up. Unit needs a new water valve and gear case.; ordrng 1 W11132267 (gearcase) and 1 WPW10432353 (water inlet valve)

Customer stated that unit was not making ice and ice in been melted. Customer stated that fan in freezer was making loud noise. Verified that unit was not making ice. There is ice in mold but it will not dump. Temperature and ice bin is too warm to keep ice cold. Found Freezer evaporator starting to frost over which is causing evaporator fan motor to make the noise. Found service pointer on ServiceMatters for this issue word appropriate parts. Technician that comes out and runs his call must follow the service Pointer to the letter in order to address this issue I will put Service pointer number in the PVR SP w11092686e ; ordrng 2 02185788 (clamp)s and 1 212643 (sealer-gum) and 2 67004254 (thermostat)s and 1 WPW10339879 (tie-wire)

Instructed cx they need to get vents cleaned out in order to shorten dry times. Also found loose connection at thermal cut off. Reconnected and secured. All ops now testing out normal.
