Receiving drain error. First thing I noticed was drain system is not properly set up. Instructed cx drain hose needs to be at least 4 to feet high going into a drain line. Ran through diagnostics cycle and unit is checking out normal. All functions with machine are checking out as designed. Advised cx to get drain system corrected.
