The water level is determined by load size and settings as far as deep water wash bulky or normal wash. Ran into diagnostics I found often slowed barcode and no other form code. Advise customer on how to properly load machine so it does not go off balance ran diagnostics test and unit is functioning normally start a customer on loading and proper load size and amount of water that Unit put in to basket.
