"Unit was not cooling properly. Noticed center mullion was very hot. Removed upper panel and cover for dog house. Compressor was too hot to touch. Condenser fan was running at speed. Called techline, because cabinet door panels cover upper plate and there is a wood panel covering doghouse, there needs to be only 3/4 to 1 inch of space between top of doghouse and soffit so are can circulate properly and pull cooler air into cabinet. Per installation instructions this is how unit needs to be installed. The space around doghouse is causing unit to over heat and not cool properly, which is also causing issue with no ice production. X aware that the issue with the cabinet needs to be addressed by there contractor. SR# 7733835736"

Advised customer not to introduce any paper or plastic inside the unit, if problem persists, the spray arms will need to be replaced. Provided estimate for the cost of the arms, and the labor.
