"JB out 6/3/22. Customer states washing machine will not fill with water. Does not complete cycle Upon arrival ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran manual component tests verified all components functioning as designed. Loaded towel cycle with towels, no detergent. I was served washer filled with very little water than begin agitation with home no water. Unit educated for several minutes and then added water. Unit agitate for seven more minutes and then added more water. Advise customer each different cycle has different software based on what loads are expected in the machine. Allowed unit to run for approximately 25 minutes and verify unit is working properly. Found customer using he detergent pods. Recommend against use of pods as they contain too much detergent. Recommend customer use a measuring spoon with no more than 1 teaspoon of either powder or liquid detergent for each washload. No pods and no HE turbo deterrent as it is to highly concentrated for this high-efficiency low fill wash machine. no parts used. No charges customer."

Found door tilting to the right causing water to shoot out through the top left side of the door. Removed door and reset the brackets into the slots correctly. Tested the door and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is operating as designed. Leak is no longer present.
